Worked but for me the inner membrane separating the egg and the shell fused completely to the egg making shell removal after the ice bath all but impossible – the worst I’ve ever experienced (275 degrees for 15 minutes, preheated). I might try this at lower than 275 degrees or for less than 15 minutes next time in case my air fryer isn’t accurate, but based on the first try, I would use this method of cooking in times of desperation only. It is good to have options.
