Entire family loved these! I used shredded chicken that I usually make for tacos as the filler, but followed the air frying time and temp , as well as using the recommended Neufchâtel cheese (which I had never used or heard of before, I know, where have I been lol)to help bind the filler. We always have the spicy Mexican shredded cheese by Tillamook on hand so that’s what I also used to sprinkle on top before wrapping. It was amazing! I’m sure the recipe written as is, is phenomenal, but as a guide for what I already had on hand plus a little help with that cool cheese lol, I am grateful to have found this. These were a great addition to our traditional Christmas meal of tamales, rice, beans and all the other goodies.
