It's so simple to make, and not much is done in preparing it.
After it's been air fried, It can be tossed in garlic butter sauce or other sauces like lemon pepper, buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, etc. I usually don't bother with this as the seasoning used in marinating the chicken is so good and tastes amazing.
This chicken bites in air fryer was made in my 5 liters AF which fitted 1kg chicken. If you have a smaller air fryer, you can make it in batches.
Here are what you will need to make it:
Chicken breast or Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Paprika

Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel then cut it into bite-size that is about an inch.
Add the cut chicken into a bowl then add the seasoning. Mix till well combined and chicken evenly coated in seasoning.
If you have time, put the chicken in the fridge to marinate for a few hours.
Set the air fryer to a temperature of 190C/380F then air fry the chicken chunks for 10-12 minutes or till cooked. Toss halfway through cooking.
Bring out of the air fryer, then serve the chicken.
If cooking frozen chicken bites in air fryer, it takes a bit longer to cook than from fresh.
For preseasoned ones, remove the packaging and arrange it in the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to a temperature of 190C/380F then air fry the chicken chunks for 15 minutes or till cooked.
Bring out the air fryer basket.
